Working at heights remains one of the most dangerous activities that workers experience. This course will provide you with the tools to identify fall hazards and determine how to best protect workers by reducing or eliminating fall hazards and the proper use of fall prevention, fall protection and fall arrest.
- Understand the severity and danger of falls and associated injuries
- Identify four (4) methods of fall protection available to the worker
- Determine when to use restrain, fall protection, and fall arrest systems
- Establish what the rescue requirements are after a fall arrest occurs
