Delivery of course materials: The digital version of the 49CFR (eCFR) and a PDF of the workbook will be emailed to you prior to start of the class. This is what you will use in the training. No hard copies will be mailed in advance.

Recommended Zoom Webinar Setup:

We use the Zoom webinar platform.  You have the option to download the Zoom app to your desktop/laptop/tablet if you like.  Otherwise, the Zoom link will run the platform as a temporary application on your computer.  Please note that you do not need to create a Zoom account to join the webinar.

You will need access to a desktop/laptop computer or tablet with a stable internet connection.  Phone screens are too small and take away from the experience so make sure you have a larger dedicated device for accessing the webinar.

We encourage you to keep your video on to increase engagement between instructor and participants!
